Why us

Personal injury law firms typically charge their clients between 33 to 40 percent of your total settlement, dependant upon their filing a lawsuit or not. That leaves a substantial portion of their compensation with their lawyer instead of with them. At My Affordable Attorney, we charge a flat 25 percent contingency fee—no increases, no hidden terms—even if we file a lawsuit and go to trial. If there is no recovery, you owe nothing.

We believe injured clients deserve experienced, committed legal representation without surrendering the bulk of their settlement. Our 25 percent fee structure is designed to protect your recovery by maximizing the amount you keep after legal fees and medical expenses. Clients throughout Daytona Beach, Palm Coast, Deltona, Orlando, Sanford and across Central Florida choose us for clear terms, honest service, and meaningful results.
